Two Tone Temptation
At the end of this class you'll have the knowledge to sculpt perfect nails every time. Covering both traditional and reverse techniques, instruction includes sculptured nails (free forms, free edge, body, cuticles with ease), tip overlays (glue, fitting & refining smile lines) and body zones (applying for the least amount of filing). Also includes advice on how you can help clients who break, bite or pick their nails (and still keep them as clients).
Backfills for Thrills
This class teaches you proven techniques to increase both your speed and accuracy without destroying the integrity of the natural nail. Imagine that. Just a few of the things we'll cover are proper handling of the hand-piece and barrel replacement, traditional and reverse backfill applications, cutting and shaving without skipping, removing a separation, structured timing, establishing a guide for the smile line, fill-before-file technique. As always, Young Nails has got your backfill.
Need for Speed Acrylic
Already finishing acrylic full sets and backfills in one hour? Swell. Now take your skills to the next level by learning how to do them in 30 minutes. This intense, hands-on training course will teach you to create long lasting, full sculptured sets in half the time. And it will leave you with the know-how and the desire to double your income. Just remember - this boot camp is for advanced nail techs only. If you can't apply full sculptured nails or use an electric file, it's not for you. But if you're a seasoned pro, don't delay. Spaces are limited and they fill up fast. Just like your new sets.
Use Your Imagination Acrylic Intermediate
This is a crazy, fun class that covers custom colour and glitter blending, imbedding mylar & confetti, stained glass effects with liquid art, branding and netting designs, backfilling techniques and how to use custom art accessories to create a unique free edge look.
Use Your Imagination Acrylic Advanced
This is a crazy, fun class that covers perfect polka dots, C curve cut outs, Treasure Chest Design, all the 3D applications, proper flower power technique (yes there's a right way and a wrong way). We will introduce the use of gel paint for design work and concentrate on perfecting those new shapes you are seeing in the latest nail mags!
Synergy Gel for Success Intermediate
Not only do gels promote a healthy, natural nail lifestyle, they're also really good for your business as a higher-end spa service. In this intensely informative class you'll get hands-on training on natural nail preparation with Protein Bond, natural gel overlays, tips-with-gel overlays, sculptured gel nails in traditional and gel toes. And when we're done with that, we'll show you how to get the best results with Mani Q. This class is a must for first time gel users!
